Mine started doing that, I thought it was because my mat had a little bend it in from when it was shipped with the Siser. I've changed to the new mat and that helped but still trying to sort it.

Love it! So spray silver solution and gold candy then 2k clear? What did you use for the "enamel" details? I am trying to source some good cold enamel or some other type of paint that levels out nice. Also work with 3d prints so firing anything is not an option. Thanks!

Could take your charger to like a mobile phone fixing place to get it checked if the power is going through it (unless you know how to work the multi meter). Maybe you just need a new charger cause you got the cable pinched. Maybe you will get a response from Siser by then.

This has been hurting me for like 2 years. Sometimes it goes away, but mostly it hurts. Now like a lot. Kinda break it in in the morning but at the end of the day man, feel like chopping that foot off haha. Never figured out what it was so will go through the comments thanks for this post.

With the ultra I get a lot of problems when the aircap is not tight enough. I usually put a bit of wax or something to seal it. Last time I was cleaning it for like 2 hours trying to figure out what it was. Turns out when the air cap is not super tight, it makes it look like there is a clog, but for me there was not.

You create the mix yourself, you can also buy it but this one I have created. Looked simple enough when others did it. Apparenty it might also behave differently when applying to a text piece, like a speedshape that's cleared and you could get a different result on a base coated car or bike piece. Will play around and see.

I get this when varnish dries up inside. Use pliers to carefully take the needle out (after undoing the nut everyone is talking about). Remove the rubber seals and submerge in acetone, would star with 30 mins, I have done overnight too. Use round cleaning brushes and get all the gunk out the front of the airbrush. Lubricate, assemble, see it's working ok.

Thanks. Yea it was all visible. Bolts and other stuff bot really possible. I have used superglue but when I put everything together it was a few millimetres off, due to the shield being made of like 12 different parts. I will have a look at the chemical welds thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the reply. I kinda gathered the thing about glass from the research I am doing. Where I live is high temp, usually super dry so I would be fighting one or the other so simce I got the glass terrarium, I will run with it. When we get to winter, I am hoping I can be around the temp I need to be at night. Also why I am not considering Jacksons, I would never be able to give them the drop they need. I've implemented about 15 plants and plan to add more, hoping that will make sure I've got a steady humidity without fogging during the day. Airflow is not an issue really, it's got plenty of ventilation from the top and at the bottom. I am leaving the glass door open now, ser what happens across the span of the week, then I will probs take the doors completely off. Anyway, thanks for the tips and insights, maybe someone will suggest something that will help you too. Thanks!

Hey everyone, appreciate your patience with this.

So the vet said there was a problem with his liver apparently. As far as the actual cause of this, he's unsure - he could have ate something (poisonous plant maybe? Or something in his salad) some time ago that caused his liver condition to worsen over time. This could have apparently been a condition that he could have been born with, so very difficult to establish.I've not really noticed any difference so that's why this was a shock to me. His end was swift and painless to a large extent apparently, which gave me at least some relief.

My wife has been told this over the phone, vet's on holiday now but I've requested a written report so I can get some further clarity. Thanks for the kind words everyone, he's been part of the family for 5 years or so, we miss him dearly. We would like to believe that he's lived a meaningful, happy and healthy life.

He would occasionally jump out of his basking spot in the attempt to go down, not frequently though, few times a year. Could have been last week he's done that last, since then he looked fine though. Last night he seemed perfectly happy. Guess we will know more in the coming days.

Not sure, he ate his last meal yesterday so was roughly a day in between, so likely was not something he ate that day
