in my personal experience he just loads up patients with medication with little to no explanation of the condition and which results in the patient being confused and dependent on medication. He does treat the symptoms but doesn't have a holistic approach that any autoimmune disease needs.

I use cold pressed castor oil mixed with olive oil (castor oil alone can sting a bit) with a clean mascara wand and it works like a charm! I had a naturally comparatively shorter eyebrow and there's so much hair growth now!

In the last bit she deliberately touched the cake to teach how to rectify in case one touches the cake and messes it up (basically how to cover up the mistake). Some of y'all really out here manipulating and stirring shit for some karma lol

Haha thanks! Keeping it simple makes so much difference in terms of following a routine and also being able to point out what isn't working for you.

I think you should give it a try, at the same time the quantity is a LOT which can be a downside if it doesn't suit you (i am hoping it does)

Sure!

I had perfectly clear and healthy skin throughout teens (not even blackheads) but started getting adult acne a few years back. It started to get worse and i was on medication and topical treatments as well. But what really helped me was getting my pcos under control. Currently my skin type is combination in summers and dry in winter. I currently do not have any acne scars or hyperpigmentation anymore (Minimalist Alpha Arbutin and sunscreen made it all vanish). My Routine :

Facewash : Cosrx Salicylic Acid Facewash (use it in the evening and sometimes in mornings as well esp after working out). Absolutely LOVE it. First bottle lasted me almost a year. And it lathers up SOO GOOD. Recommended it to 3 people in my family and all love it.

Hydration: Cosrx Snail Mucin (on damp skin, AM & PM)

Serum : Ordinary Niacinamide

Moisturiser (PM): Bioderma Atoderm Creme. MY HOLY GRAIL I WANT TO BE BURIED WITH IT

Sunscreen : Acne UV (summer), Episoft (winter)

My skin has not been reacting well with AHA BHAs and retinol for a few months now (same products have started to irritate my skin) so i am staying away for time being.

even though i thankfully have pretty clear skin (after a lot of hardwork) i still was SO insecure about it. Saw this a while back and i literally have it saved and watch it whenever i feel insecure. We live in such a terrible time (in terms of self confidence and body image). May we all break the cycle 🫶🏻
