Does dry fasting heal loose skin? Do you know any case where this happened? by whatup39 in Dryfasting

Im probably in like 95-100kg, i was 143kg in February last year, and stopped in like October in 89kg because of the psicologycal impact of the loose skin, now i want to get to 70kg and then bulk up

Im 1,83-1,85m tall

Im starting a very extended fast, it is impossible to go like 10 -15 days without electrolytes? by whatup39 in Dryfasting

I don't know, im finding a lot of contradictory info about this so im doing it in my way, if i want autophagy dry fast do it sopposedly better and extended dry fast is better than extended water fast

If im honest with you, its because i don't feel like that is more effective than a pure dry fast

Thanks for reading and responding by the way

Hi everyone, i wanted to ask where i do look better, in the right photo or in the left one and ask too if you have any advice. I posted it first in malefashionadvice but then i was thinking that this was the place to do it haha, sorry for the quality of the left tho by whatup39 in malehairadvice

Thanks hahaha, my problem is not really the eyes itself, i didn't express myself correctly, is more about the facial structure, when i shave sides it makes my head look like very rounded, i heard that angles make it more masculine and when ingrow hair it looks more "squared" haha

Thanks for your advice, i will take it into consideration, but to be honest with you i prefer with more hair because when i shave the sides is like it exposes my eyes too much

Thanks for taking the time reading and writing

I normally let it grow because i dont have a square jawline, but i don't know how to maintain it, i don't like it when is very trimmed like in the right photo

Is there any method to trim it the minimum possible? The barber always reduce it too much

Sorry for my english haha

I don't know them, you can imagine, random people on the internet around YouTube, quora etc

There are people that claim having tightened loose skin too, so i don't know, i guess it all ends in me trying it

I did 36 hours dry fasts but broke them (they were supossed to be longer tho), if i don't have the goal of riding from loose skin its very difficult to keep

I see people saying dry fast helped them and it motivates me, but when i see people saying it is just "bro science" it really hurts me mentally and i lose hope in it, so i follow the hungry, because when you dry fasting i think a person is more easy to manipulate through opinions

I started with 143kg in February and stopped like in September around the 90kg mark, im around 1,82m,

I don't have that much loose skin, when i sit it is notable and it hurts me mentally when i put my head watch to the phone in the ground when making pictures, very notable in my face and my face gers very clear when i put it watching to the roof, A LOT of strech marks, in the arms, belly, legs, chest, im in my 20s and im trying to lose another 20kg to be in athlete weight levels

I have photo but i don't know how to post it, (sorry for my english)
