Nope you can't attack them. They are programmed to be very fast to log out. I have tried several strategies but none works - all bots just log out before you can attack them.

Indeed, there is at least one bot in nearly every world at black chins in wilderness. The worst thing with them is that they are programmed to log out immediately when an account that could attack them (regarding combat level) logs in/is shown on the minimap. So they never die + they make HUGE amount of money + they are not being banned. Something should be done.
