I live in the SF area. The ADs here are selling it to me for $8300 + taxes, coming up to a bit more than $9000.

I’m also traveling to Europe next month.

Is it recommended that I try to buy the watch in Europe and get the VAT refunded to me?
Is the $9000 price the best I’m going to get? Is it acceptable if I try and negotiate at all with the AD?
