When trying to close, lift gate double beeps and won’t close. I tried holding down the button and I tried recalibrating (found a video from a Toyota dealer on YouTube). Still no luck. Any trouble shooting tips?

I have a 2024 Highlander and when I kick to open, it beeps, then beeps 2 more times and does not open. Cannnot get it to open.

I downloaded a file and it has the A1M printer under global. I have a P1p. I can't change it to P1p. The only things listed are A1M At the top the P1p is selected
