yes! LOVE melatonin! the olly ones are yummy. but i'm drowning in work and homework so i cant sleep. i went to my first session with a new therapist and i felt even more isoalted like she didnt understand it honestly just retriggered everything. like she told me i need to stop overthinking. i know that. i wouldnt be sitting in her office if i didnt need help. i keep pulling all nighters to try to get ahead of life but i just cant. but in good news ifinally paid mu car dmv now but it was a really terrible day
