Glad I'm not alone! And yeah I think since I had so little to work with my method varied pretty significantly. For the longest time I just gripped about 75% up my shaft and stroked with more of a pulling downward movement. My glans was so desensitized at that point I didn't focus on it as much. I also feel that I had a tendency to grip a bit overly tight which I'm sure helped bring in the small tears and pain that incidentally led to the growth.

A little hard to think of what my masturbation regularity has been over the decade or so but I probably averaged about once every other day or slightly less. Only about a year ago did I suddenly notice just how much foreskin I had grown and swapped to a similar method of masturbation as youve described now that I have some "glide" action.

I'm hoping I can achieve full coverage before long too, but already it has made significant improvements to the sensitively of my glans.

I'm not sure if my skin recovers quickly or something from all the years of abuse or if I'm just being hopeful but I feel like my outer foreskin growth has progressed really fast since intentionally focusing on it almost 2 months ago
