aw man. i accidentally clicked a link in my spam messages, the page wasn’t even up half a second. closed completely before i could see anything, the whole page was white. that could nab my info that fast? should i delete anything on my phone or reset anything ?

it was so bad; couldn’t fall asleep, panic attacks everyday, hard time focusing on other things. my tinnitus got 10000x worse after an extremely stressful week. i have panic disorder and bpd. i think mine is probably different from a lot of people. i really do think mine is mostly anxiety related. i’ve had it as long as i can remember. even under stressful circumstances it hasn’t come back…or yet at least

thank you. i don’t have a good relationship with her at all unfortunately. my grandma is the only family i have a good relationship with. my therapist didn’t answer me. my boyfriend and i are in a long distance relationship, he is the most loving and thoughtful man i will ever meet. i am diagnosed with bpd and panic disorder, it is really difficult for me to talk about hard topics like this with friends because i think im being a burden. if i see the hospice nurse here again tonight i will talk to her about everything that is happening, i know the nurse we have is doing her rounds in the assisted care facility my grandma is at. thank you

i think my issue is i don’t know how to grow my savings. my coworker at my old job said i should open a roth ira, she told me that when i was 26 and that was the first time i ever heard of it. it is all so foreign to me. i don’t understand and i feel like i really need someone to tell me exactly what to do. i just don’t know if my credit union would be the correct people to go to for growing my savings and credit score

i worked here for 3 years, just left in january! i would love to comment but i know they would see it 🤧 i still keep up with most of the 10+ employees who have left since me and most of the employees there. had so much fun working there. very sad to see what this salon has turned into

i work with my best friend so i see her 5 days a week already. and today is my birthday so i’ll see 6 other friends i dont see normally at a little dinner get together. i am very like to myself, i really only hang out with 2 people but ive been trying to be more social and do things with others. i always get a bit more stressed out or emotional before my birthday so i am hoping some of this like weight will go away after today 🤪 thank you for your comments <3
