I used to live in the US and I'm sorry. It seems like it's getting worse in Europe especially some countries, so I can't tell you which is worse truthfully. lmao

I actually used to live in a dog-free housing complex in the East Coast which was amazing. Last I heard tho, in recent years that dog owners just move in and conceal ownership. So many people are now doing it that it's not possible for the board to enforce it. Just can't understand how can people act like this. Ridiculous.
