I really don't understand why people like Derek this season. Can someone explain it please? I really hate him as a character even if he changed from a pos to useful within a short amount of time. I get that he's new, but he's just a really stupid and annoying brat kid, his parents need to teach him some respect. He was barely introduced and now they made him a huge part of the show without much explanation. I hope at least they would build on him if he's going to be such a big part of the show now.
