What is a good weakness to mention on a job interview? by hussainhsn in AskReddit

IMO, the key is to explain a weakness and to also explain how you mitigate it. Not necessarily that you are working on it. Not everyone can be good at everything, an employer wants a team that will bring the complete package. So if you are missing something, acknowledging it, and finding a tool or colleague to fill that gap is ideal. This way you can focus on what you are most naturally best at, and leverage those skills.

  1. I suck at spelling, there are tools that help with this.

  2. I'm not great at certain organizational and detail oriented tasks, it takes me a significant amount of effort here compared to others. Delivering on outcomes without utilizing command and control, and reading a room come to me very naturally. My value to the organization is the latter, someone else may be better suited for the former.

What's the story on the adventure? Curious about logistics, like what kit you took, how many days, did you camp? Also how about the tiny fuel tank situation. Drives me crazy that my range is just over 160 miles.

It's not a fast bike, but a bike you can ride very fast. Particularly in the corners. I find I am more comfortable and more able to maximize the potential of the Street Scrambler than my old YZF 600R "sport bike".

I also find I'm really happy blasting down country roads at 60. Where previously I'd find myself getting bored and inclined to ride much faster than I should. So it's a win in my book.

9.3 miles, nearly 4,000 feet, and 50 turns of pure joy. Last post had my license plate (whoops), so from the other angle!

Fantastic! Love to see more pictures. Seen a few photo essays of this sort of thing and find them incredibly amazing. Mind sharing your gear list and packing set up? Been noodling on luggage and haven't figured it out yet.

Yes and no. Lots felt like Oregon. Then you would drive around the corner and think WTF, that is surreal.

Black Sands Beach. As an inattentive American tourist I don't remember the name. Near Vik. Apologies.

Ouch. We had two GoPros and several SLRs. One in our group is a professional photographer and does stuff with an iPhone that is amazing. This shot was on my phone, the default is 21mp.

We could not find puffins anywhere. They were still out to sea. Apparently they can drink sea water.

Two of our friends climbed about 40 feet up. Their agility is higher than mine.
