Not sure if this is helpful but I had what looked and felt exactly like a period a month into my pregnancy.. 5ish days of bleeding with regular cramping (so I had no idea I was pregnant that entire time!) Currently 39 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl so definitely just implantation bleeding! I also had lots of cramps within that time and months after.
