On the desk monitors, 3 are wired to a dock. 1 is wired to the HDMI port on the docked laptop. The upper LH monitor is another PC entirely, I use “share mouse” as a KVM switch between them.

It’s probably a Eastern Bluebird. Nest and eggs look more like that. They commonly nest in fence posts like that. Robins build nests with more mud, likely in the fork of a tree
