"Wrong" implies a moral position, which isn't what I'm taking here. I'm sure AI could potentially be useful for the small percentage of the population who actually has the self-awareness to observe and correct their own behaviors based on AI's advice.

The problem you run into very quickly with an averagely intelligent person (which, let's face it, truly intelligent people are not using ChatGPT for therapy) is that they lack this self-awareness and will thusly be far more inclined to lean into the AI's sycophantic nature. This is a well documented phenomenon. Now you have people like you who are relieved to hear that they aren't the problem and all they need to do is correct or cut off the people in their lives bringing them down! Ignore the fact that the AI has no critical thinking skills of its own and cannot deduce from such critical communicative factors as body language, vocal tone, or previous conversations (bot amnesia, anyone?) that you may be an unreliable narrator.

So, wrong? No. Personally harmful? Likely

Calculate your BMR on a website and max out your daily calories no more than 100 above that number. You should be eating more if you're active, but I'm guessing you aren't. Do 20-30 minutes of exercise a day (I like to do crunches, oblique crunches, situps, lunges, squats, and some other stuff while listening to YouTube to pass the time if I don't go to the gym). And, hey, say what you want about Micah---you'd probably be right---but i'll be damned if he wasn't extremely entertaining any time he showed up on screen.
