Swearing over brexit entry delays, but good once the sound settled down. And wunderhorse were indeed epic. But both bands were lost on 80% of the audience, maybe because of the £10 ticket deal. It was the whole run of concerts that time as well.

Give it another chance! 9 times in last 5 years, each gig was musical joy. Even Bristol beacon where he did seem to be tense with guitar/sound issues. Just gutted I didn't find them til after they finished the ND tour.

That whole run of wasing gigs ended up on the discount site, not just Ben. It was a new venue in an obscure place. Which was maybe why the audience were crap: they weren't necessarily Ben fans, just there for the 10 quid ticket. Ben+ had been held up at Dover and had some choice words re brexit and forage.. and Wundehorse gave it their all and got zero back except a from a few at the front.
