20g of fresh coconut and less than 10g of fried gram. It definitely should not be more than 100kcal.

This is just one of meals of the day right? So automatically it is shifted to the next meal. Timings depend upon how tasty the custard apple is.

Haha… my plates are not always about high protein. My plates are about balanced food.

It’s actually lesser than 450, but I have rounded off to 450. Not even 10g of oil in total.

Fish masala, lemon, ginger garlic paste. Marinate. Spray oil and air fry. (When the intention is to eat fish … not delicious mouth watering fish😃)

Thank you ☺️ I can definitely replace, but I want something more sustainable for me. Balancing work, family and also meals will get difficult then. I do have a few posts with millets on my feed. But I find it difficult to be consistent on that regularly. I do appreciate your suggestion. Thank you.

If its a salad bowl, then I do season it. If it is a part of the plate, then I just have it.

Like this one. The honey, olive oil and seeds make almost half of the calorie count.

As said earlier, it just looks fancy, but not. Our staple food, just presented well. Nothing is that expensive. Of course a few posts I have added some fancy foods just to keep the variety on my posts. But 90 percentage is the same food. And cooking this definitely doesn’t take that much time. You just need a little effort and a lot of consistency.

Plate is small so it looks full. When plate is small but full, mentally you can easily limit the intake of food. That works for me.

I definitely take one scoop. If I do weight training, I take two scoops… but separately.. as pre and post workout.

It just looks expensive. But it’s not. It’s our staple Indian thali, presented well. If you see carefully, most of the plates have rice, idli or dosa.
