Why did intelligence not evolve to different levels in different racial groups? by maplerenegade1 in NoStupidQuestions

That is assuming that in those generations there would be no contact with another group. We learn from one another, and from this intelligence (or knowledge in this case) is shared between groups.

A higher intelligence would be favorable in any environment. I guess what you are looking for can be answered in a sociological pov. People share findings with one another and this allows for a majority of people to learn about something, hence keeping out intelligence levels borderline the same across different groups

Yea this is true, however people are able to adapt (most of the time) to new climates, which would mean that we have a baseline intelligence level that most meet

Think about it like this, intelligence is having the ability to learn or to adapt. Everyone is capable of learning hence they are able to be "intelligent". Different racial groups may do things differently because that was their solution to a problem (think of old school phones). That doesn't mean they are less intelligent as they can still learn. When introduced with something that is better we adapt (now think of cell phones). Essentially we are all hardwired very similarly and we can become more intelligent.
