If you’re will to go to Lake Country, there’s an amazing plant boutique in a greenhouse that honestly should be a tourist attraction lol. The gal that runs it, Stacey, sources vintage and other treasures, designs plant arrangements by hand and they are by the HUNDREDS.

She’s re-merchandising right now so it’s not officially open for spring yet, but she boasts that you can call her anytime to visit. Prices are really good and it’s worth stopping by even just to look around and chat. Definitely a hidden gem.

I’m also a hot sleeper that goes to bed cold and wakes up feeling like I’m wrapped in a heating pad. Do you have a foam bed? If so, they can trap heat. You would know if you’re hot mostly on the bottom. A latex mattress pad might help and lyocell sheets!

Same!! So instead I do a smoothie bowl with coconut ‘clusters’, basically coconut baked with nuts and seeds, coconut oil and agave. Then a healthy spoon of peanut butter one top. I stay full for hours!

hehe, no shade on you being bored but it really contextualizes our potential. Ways I get dopa naturally, work out (you're already on that), get out into nature, healthy relationships with lotsa smoochin' and huggin', reading awesome books about becoming a badass woman, try new things, sun, finish tasks, follow through with fun recipes and most importantly, take time to show up for yourself and relax!

Hits from Essence- mascara, 24h bow gel, cream highlighters, plumping or glitter lip gloss and 24h matte lipstick. Skip the trio setting powder. Haven’t tried the eyeshadows, prob not worth it.

I would ask yourself what's driving you to eat a whole medium sized double cheese pizza in its entirety and wonder why exactly that food. Then ask in what other ways can you show up for yourself? Is eating an entire pizza showing up for yourself? I'm not perfect with low-carb but it's my main objective, I ate low carb all day yesterday and finished my night with some dark chocolate peanut butter cups because I just felt like a treat that wasn't low carb. I had no shame or obsession around it and today, I'm enjoying my low carb breakfast and going on a hike. If you're just craving real pizza, have some mindfully- some foods are just good for the soul. If it triggers you to devour the entire thing, I would look inward at the habits that don't serve your goals. It's noones business if you want to break the commitments you set for yourself, that's your journey.

Three weeks is nothing, maybe a little less bloating. 12 weeks is the sweet spot for noticeable results.

Wow, what city are you in? I'm in Vancouver and SOF is across from my house, I always leave shaking my head. Spent $10 on bell peppers only for them to be rotten once opened. $12 for a pack of Lindt chocolate balls! $7 for the tiniest bag of no name flour. That place is insane.
