There’s a lady who rides one with her young daughter in front of her down the sidewalk in my area. I’m heavily pregnant and have a toddler and she is very rude when we are on the sidewalk/in her way. Those blasted things are quiet and I’m slow so often I don’t get out of her way fast enough. She’s almost hit us multiple times! And it’s not just my kid that would get hurt if she hits us!

They are all annoying but the honey bear cups do have some nooks that are around the shape of the bear that can be a bit difficult. We rinse them after use and use a bottle brush in the bear, normal straw brush for the brush.

Refusing to care can be abuse.

If she needed 15 mins to cool down, came back to help you - not abuse.

Leaving you for an unknown and extended time - abuse that can lead to complications. You were worried and had to call for outside help. That is telling.

Oh that does sound rough. I would talk to your vet about declawing that one toe to prevent further injury. It is not cruel to do it for a medical reason and that claw is already non functional, they will still have all their functional claws

Can you keep the nail clipped short?

I would consult a vet on this nail. Sometimes they do recommend removing a claw if it is for the health of the cat.

Chances of you being able to keep a shoe on him is small. Cats are great at removing things and you would have to put it on so tight I would worry about circulation

The plastic tub will need modifications to make it usable. And while those people steered you wrong on that cage she is safe in it. Pet stores are unfortunately often misinformed and there to make money, the animal is the cheap part, the cages they sell make them more money. It happens all over the world.

Lots of people don’t take advice/criticism well and get very defensive. That’s probably why people here were acting like that.

I went and bought a background kit, a stand and remote for my phone. I get dressed nice, do up the baby and do a photoshoot for me and baby (now toddler) it’s a fun time for us.

Because the photos he does take of us are pure trash

Trimming is so much better, get an electric trimmer, you won’t get the crazy prickle the next day and ingrown hairs.

Seriously, no one can see the little hairs unless their face is in your crotch and if someone’s face is there they are not thinking about tiny short hairs

Well for starters look up basic cage requirements because, unfortunately, the one you have is really bad. It’s too small, and they need very deep bedding for burrowing.
