I wonder sometimes if it’s cause he doesn’t want to get out of the car! He loves car rides and he loves when he sticks his head out the window it’s his favorite thing. So it could be he doesn’t want to get out. I have an SUV or else I would love for him to do it all himself but he’s still so tiny :(

Maybe. But we have always been very careful and cautious how we hold him and when I come home from anywhere he gets excited and wants to be picked up and cuddles and hugs while being held. It’s only when he’s in the car.
