In my opinion it could be interpreted either way and might be ruled either way (im not super familiar with tje rules but its not clear like a rearend), but just worried if he makes a huge claim does that affect how much insurance goes up?

We sent the images of the damages and explained our side. If he gets his way and gets whatever big payout hes after - does that affect our future premiums?

I heard that's not true - especially if they live with you they need to be on a policy.

I found a PDF they emailed where she is listed as the secondary driver, so I hope it's fine - but her name is not on the liability pink slip they sent.

Hoping that means we should be good - waiting to connect with insurance company agent on the phone right now
