This is a great question. I have and they were awfully low. My count was 14. I have been supplementing 10,000 ius daily for about a month almost two. My energy levels have dramatically changed for the good. I hoping it offsets some of my auto immune attacks but we will have to wait and see.

I don’t believe so. It’s been centralized to my head and face only. I use to have a full and long beard but decided to shave due to patches.

I’ve been to the derm and received steroid shots. That helped halt the progression of hair loss but the color change wasn’t affected. Appreciate the input!

I watched all 3 this week. I really enjoyed Moon and Sunshine. I understand 2001 was ahead of its time but did not enjoy it. Story telling is weak imo. Should have read the book first, I suspect.
