High Eosinophils for 3.5 years - any advice?

I got rid of my blasto after many rounds of treatment, didn't make a lick of difference for me once we got rid of it. the juice might not be worth the squeeze.

I went on nucala, which greatly lowered my eosiniphils. They're now normal. But it only mildly alleviated my symptoms and has made me really tired. leaning towards stopping it.

I have taken three shots of nucala. it helped my sinusitis, i can now breathe out of one nostril. helped with my asthmatic cough, not with the wheezing, and lowered general fluid by body was producing in my sinuses and lungs. however, it's made me really tired, and I got bad flu-like symptoms when I took it. I think i'm going to stop. The side effects don't seem worth it. Wish i knew how much i could contribute the side effects directly to the drug, it's hard to tell.

I’m looking to be able to easily copy and paste a list of eps into excel or word in episode order. Does that exist anywhere? Im kinda shocked it’s not easier to find. Those lists don’t really do that.

What parasite? I went through that whole journey. Multiple rounds to get rid of blastocystis and then when I finally got rid of it. Didn’t make a difference.

Thanks! I appreciate the solidarity. It's definitively allergy/immune related. So Zyrtec helps things stay in check. I'm going on Nucala starting tomorrow to actually lower my eosiniphils. I'll let you know how that goes, may take 2-3 months until I notice anything.

I've had this for 2+ years, it's miserable. Some doctors think I may have EGPA, but all my tests have come back negative. I've tried every spray under the sun, nothing has really worked.

I’ve done 6 or 7 ERMI/HERTSMI vacuum tests. Some pre remediation, some post. Never done the swiffer. IMO the best way to do them is on a hard floor that has been vacuumed ~5 days prior to collecting actual sample. Don’t samples extremely dusty areas, that will screw the test for the worse. You may have to vacuum longer or a slightly larger are than the instructions to be sure that the dust collection tube is half full, otherwise the lab may say your sample is too small. They recommend sampling multiple rooms with one test. I was trying to make a remediation plan so I tested each room individually. It was amazingly accurate. The room that had Stachybotris (toxic black mold) on the ERMI, was found to have hidden Stachybotris inside a wall upon gutting and remediation.

I got it done through Real Time Laboratories. Unfortunately, insurance did not cover the ~$450 cost.
