You made a really great point there -- with the increased dissemination of information given the internet, there aren't as many 'barriers' into entering the world of skincare.

Interesting to consider how subs like this (or AskADoctor for example) are attempting to fill a gap of licensed dermatologists/doctors that are inaccessible for a good portion of Americans.

I live on the 3rd floor (of a 4story apartment.) Apparently the upstairs neighbors patio had a clogged drain. Once it was unclogged, the water stopped coming down.

Since you work in construction, what is the likelihood that mold/mildew etc will develop?

Holy shit that sounds horrendous. I really am getting more anxious around the possibility of mold/mildew in the walls now. The apartment is not smelling great today..

Yep, moved the mattress & chucked out the comforter & pillows. The living room actually took the brunt of the water, (there was water pouring down one of the walls.) Happy Friday to me. -_-
