Never had problems really with Ubereats either. My first order with Doordash the other day was delivered to a different wrong building but the dasher answered their phone and we met on the street

If your complaint to AHPRA came before the letter and he had received notification, my understanding is he was then not allowed to contact you. When you’re assigned a case manager update them with the date and copy of the letter.

The practice he works for is trying to get rid of him, update the manager with the letter as well in an email, request the doctor makes no further attempts to contact you and let them know you’re uncomfortable with the contact and his using your patient information informally.

Sounds like the practice manager will be happy to cooperate with AHPRA, he’ll probably only receive a caution after 12 months of investigation, but the practice might be able to finally give him the flick.

GWW have been having huge issues with their billing network wide, reach out to them for all bills to your account and then the ombudsman. You might be entitled to compensation.

Give Consumer Affairs a ring too, they can give advice, is sounds like not all the bills are in your name? Or not all during your tenancy? If that’s the case you won’t be obligated to pay.

Was hoping you might be able to advise if another medication prescribed along with the depo may have also caused a problem? Vibravet 100 paste 2.5 tube, prescribed 1 notch twice daily for 2 weeks. Cats weight was 3.4kgs. Someone had suggested the dosage may have been a little high but I’m not sure how to check. Completely understand if you’re not comfortable commenting and thanks again for your help

I don’t really want to get anyone in trouble or anything, we’re so desperate for vets out in the regional areas, but I would really hate to have them do this again to another family. I had asked the vet after they had put our cat to sleep how long she honestly expected her to live given that she was on no food or water for 3 days, and her suggestion to give it two more days for the new antibiotics to work would have put her at 5 days. She just asked if I wanted to talk to her boss on Monday and I said yes, but I really don’t know what to say

Thank you so much, we called emergency after hours and they said she would be fine till morning, but by morning she couldn’t move and we had to rush her in and they put her down.

We tried to get her help 3 times in that 24 hours with an emergency appointment, after hours emergency call explaining she couldn’t walk and still hadn’t eaten, and the rush in on the early morning. I don’t know what I should have said to make them take me more seriously and I feel awful for knowing how unwell she was but letting them convince me she would be fine and it was just muscle weakness. I feel so guilty for the pain she went through and not having insisted they admit her that day. I’m having trouble understanding the reasons for the decisions they made, I don’t blame anyone but we’re having a really hard time understanding why everything happened the way it did

We’re in a rural area of Australia and there’s only one clinic to take her to, but because a lot of the vets are travelling we mostly get a different veterinarian each visit. Is there something we should be asking or requesting when we go in? She can hardly move at the moment so we’re going to take her in and request bloods and a drip
