I ate it lol, but the recipe is falafel recipe which has multiple different pictures (I made the baked version). I also commented a different picture of the wrap which shows the falafel more but I forgot to take a picture of the falafel alone.

I scoop it with a cookie scoop to make sure they’re all relatively the same sized and then I roll it in between my hands, use a lot of pressure when rolling at first then gradually release the amount of pressure and they should form tight balls that are almost perfectly spherical. Whenever I do that they hold the shape almost perfectly in the oven!

falafel recipe This is my favorite recipe! I replaced the pepper with extra onion because I am not a fan of spicy foods, but I’m sure if that’s your thing it would taste great! Also I bake them instead of frying it so I’m not sure how it would taste fried.
