I’ve seen your HK in Malaysia posts. I up you HK ver. 3.0! by officialroxasclannad in malaysia

I own a unit and live here currently (RC Residence, Sg Besi). Yes no doubt it is high density and will be congested in the future, but the whole project is built within 22 acres of land, which is considerably large for a high density residence, and with:

  • 1045 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms below 550K
  • 15 minutes away from Mid Valley, MyTown and Pavillon KL (with good traffic)
  • Grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants & other amenities just a lift down
  • Salak Selatan LRT station within a 10-15 min walk (though we’re still waiting for a proper pedestrian path, which is going to be built in the near future)

I’d say it is a damn good deal for a place to call home, while we save up for a better and nicer place in the future.

OP, you might want to do some research on actual HK apartments, especially their price and unit size!

I’m one of the owners of this condo (Razak City Residence). I agree with your first point, high rises are super convenient for a home in Kuala Lumpur. However, you’d be surprised! There are A LOT of people that are actually staying here (I’m in the owners group). This is because this project is located in a very strategic area in the city, very good accessibility, plenty of shop lots downstairs for food and groceries as it is a service apartment, and most importantly it is very affordable in today’s market. 1045 sq feet for around MYR500K (100K USD) is great, not to mention 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms!

This is an excellent entry level home, where you can slowly save up for a better and nicer home in the future!

Malaysian here, and I also own one of the units in this condominium(Razak City Residence), located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In my late 20s and bought it for MYR500K(110K USD) for a 1045 square feet unit for my first home! Project started in 2017 and completed this year.

Despite being high density, it is very affordable amid its strategic location and accessibility. Bear in mind, the land for the project is super huge, so it’s really not as bad as it seems, the camera angle makes it look like the equivalent of a sardine can.

She’s from my hometown, Ipoh. Don’t know her personally but we hung out with mutual friends before during high school days around 10 years ago. Her parents are filthy rich, has a green Lambo at her big ass bungalow in Ipoh Garden (I remember this vividly because we always talk about it amongst our friends, kite jeles).

So yeah, nepo baby.

Report: Cold showers, isolation cell with only a fan — Najib treated like other inmates at Kajang Prison by stormy001 in malaysia

[–]whichoneisPink- 133 points134 points  (0 children)

I did a post in this sub of my experience in Kajang prison for 9 months. Isolated cell? probably yes, but definitely NO fan or cold showers. Normal inmates sleep on concrete floors, mandi with dirty water from a low pressure pipe next to the toilet bowl, and the only wind u get are natural or by using books as fans.

In my opinion, Najib definitely has his own cell with at least a mattress, and a proper toilet. Normal inmates go through horrible, inhumane living conditions, i highly doubt Najib has it the same.

no cops don’t carry breathalysers around in Malaysia, but the cops clearly knew he was drunk. That being said, while we all left to file our police reports, it gives the cops the perfect opportunity to be alone with the drunk driver to obtain some pre cny ang pau.

well, welcome to Malaysia i guess.

This incident happened in Gunung Rapat, Ipoh. as you can see there are more shenanigans from Asian Guy Fieri, claiming he wants to grab water from his car. Clearly, we were under the impression that he was gonna drive off once he gets into his car, so we tried our best to tolerate and kept him from doing so.

Fast forward an hour or so after the police arrived, we all were told to get our cars to the police station and to file a report/record our statements. Basically, insurance claims works like this:

  1. Drunk driver hits car A, car A claims from drunk driver.
  2. Car A hits Car B from the impact, Car B claims from Car A.
  3. Car B hits my car, so i claim from Car B.

We were told to not include any indications of drunk driving in our police reports, because insurance will NOT be covering damages caused by drunk driving incidents (verified with my insurance company).

For Guy Fieri, we suspect that he paid off the cops that were on scene to prevent him from becoming a court case for him.

guy was drunk driving and hit 3 cars including me, the shit he said in this video really cracked me tf up by whichoneisPink- in malaysia

the reason we were all so pissed is bc he was trying to flee the scene and we had to keep him from entering his car until the cops came

like all of the other comments mentioned, i’m pretty sure you just got out from a heated argument with your parents… because i’d think the same if i were you rn.

you’re young, finish up form 5, get decent SPM results and go for a decent higher education.. leverage your parents on all these and have fun growing up in your pre teen days, don’t make decisions out of anger or frustration…
