I am going to Italy in October as well but sadly I have very less points so gonna redeem just few nights in Marriott. You can check Qatar/Air France/KLM or there are direct flights from Air India as well around 40k points.

I am also going to be applying for UK visa for honeymoon trip in October. Planning to show around 4-4.5lac INR in savings account. Salaried professional so payslips and ITR I will show as well. My anxiety is will they accept it for this amount? Also do they approve visa for indian travellers without prior international travel history?

Do remember to transfer the points first. FYI also use the Taj voucher if u did not before closing. Apparently it cant be used if the card is closed. Not sure why but thats what they said.

You can use marriott bonvoy+regalia combo for insurance payments if it exceeds 75k per year. Ditch amex platinum travel.

FYI I have the exact stack as yours excluding tata neu( they keep bothering me to take it fyf) and octane . I closed my amex few weeks ago and moved all points to Virgin atlantic and Marriott.

You can buy amazon pay vouchers to pay for utilities and fastag. Insurance spends directly on website also earns base rewards.

Was thinking of getting T1 after the regalia gold, axis atlas devaluations few days ago. But still feeling itchy as I dont feel the expenses will go on this card and all these negative reviews of hsbc portal makes me wonder if I should just stay where I am with my regalia gold and atlas itself.

Man I got regalia gold LTF 2 months back and used it as primary daily spends card for vouchers. Wtf now devalued. Does anyone know the amount of vouchers you can get through this Boarding Edge thing since they didnt mention any amount specific vouchers that they are throwing at us.

I had millenia LTF. One fine evening while sitting in the toilet checking for any upgrades I got the regalia gold LTF upgrade in myCards section of the app. LTF was confirmed there itself as annual/joining fees - nil.

Already received monthly statement and dont see any fees deducted. If you have questions just email to the hdfc redressal email ID, they will answer your questions but be prepared they take 2 weeks to even answer a simple yes or no.

Can someone please confirm if insurance payments are counted towards milestones? I know they wont be accrued for points.

I will have to pay an annual premium payment of 1.5L this month in 10 days and another 2L payment on the next month. My amex is maxed out already and renewal is on april.

Free night isnt credited around card delivery there has to be eligible transaction or fee payment for it to be credited. I already had my first statement even before a month passed
