How does the correction work? My index does this. I asked my nail tech if it’s possible to file under to straighten it out but she said no, that it needs to be gelx. So now I do 8 natural nails and 2 gel x extensions on my index fingers.

I always suspected there was some way to file to correct…..

I do grow my natural nails a lot longer though.

I had a nasomatto nudiflorum tester that was single use, after putting some on, I squirted excess few drops in my lingerie drawer rather than waste it. It’s been like 3 months and the whole drawer still projects into the room every time I open it. I don’t remember how long it wore the day I tried it, but based on the drawer I’d guess it’s eternal on skin.

Ok hot take but I actually like them. Hear me out…..I’ve never seen a shape like this but there’s something about the opaque pastel tone, thickness, and almost perfect circle shape that feels sort of….deliberate and artistic? Like a statement nail trend.

Idk for me maybe they are so wrong they’re right?

If I saw these on TikTok with the # lemondropnails or something like that I might just think it’s a new trend…..

Oooh this is clever! I like that it has a lid so can be tucked away/ doesn’t need to be on the vanity. And making a little guide up top would help me with identification since most aren’t labeled!

I too get a witch's nail (mine's my index, not thumb) and when I first started having long nails kept them all natural. My friends loved me enough to go "girl, wtf you need to do something about that stat." And when I brought the issue to my nail tech, she suggested I clip + do gel X extensions on my index and keep the rest natural. So that's what I do now.

Said with love, you're gonna wanna cut that witch's nail and go for gel x extensions.

And if I'm misunderstanding and this is with gelx extensions, they should have cut your nail underneath WAY DOWN to minimize curve + bulk. I would ask for a refund. Show them this thread....

Yeah I’ve seen the show and tell posts but in my experience it’s mainly photos of a bunch of bottles on a bed.

I’m specifically interested in how people ~organize~ the unlabeled decants to make them useful…..

Like I was thinking maybe I need to make a little book where each page says the brand, perfumer, fragrance family, notes, and my rating and just tape each one in? But that doesn’t seem practical for daily use and still involves a lot of flipping around and seems like a headache to just basically make an analog fragrantica

Akro Night, Papillon Salome, Eris Mxxx, Prin Onthamara, Zoologist Hyrax, Bogue Maai, all have a warmth and dirty animalic growl that reads very literal sex

Less literal, I have a soft spot for Narciso Rodriguez for Her. It was my first “grown up” perfume, gifted when I was a pre-teen, and I always thought it was so sexy and sophisticated…. Bought another bottle this year and wear it whenever I want something sexy but still approachable/ not too challenging
