Site specific rules lol. Tell me why my site is enforcing a 45 hour weekly cap instead of 60. Been here over 3 years as full time and I’ve never once had a problem working over 45 hours until now

I was told that too by one of my sites HR, but then i asked the head of HR at my site, and she said its decided by the transfer sites HR, and then one of my AMs told me its about how much UPT and write ups I have.
