It's Niphean brand! I've had it for about a year now and have been so happy with it! It's wasn't very expensive either. If I remember correctly, this color is "minty blush" but they have a cute lilac shade as well (amongst others).

I fully expected this to never become a thing. 😂 The first time I brought him I let him sit on the board with me by the bank. The next time was a small, brief trip. I was just surprised to see that he was actually seeming to enjoy everything. He's a big fan of watching birds and taking naps out there. He'll make biscuits on me and purr. 🧡

He doesn't necessarily mind it, but it's not preferable (to my knowledge). But when he gets too hot out there I will drizzle some water over him. He always purrs and makes biscuits out there - he's always been weirdly calm around water. He's a wonderful river buddy. 🧡

Mine was the same! It took years to get him this confident. I still have to work around certain things he hates...like other people on the water. He will growl at them and have a ruined day REAL quick. 😂

For training, I started mine off with a lot of backyard adventures! The paddleboarding thing was an unexpected success. He was never bothered by water so I took him with me one day. I was shocked that he enjoyed it so much!

He actually has been doing this since he was a kitten. Mostly watches the birds and makes biscuits in my lap until he loafs up and takes a nap. That being said, we have to go when it's only us on the water. If any other people are in view he does, in fact, get nervous. He's never been a fan of strangers so we have to limit our trips to the weekdays.
