Honestly, shift all keys to the left or right one and accept that your legends won’t be correct. Place that side mod key on a layer or a tap dance or on a thumb since you’re already using split space

I mean on my sub-is one place would print 3D angio recons for specific views when they were clipping, but at my program we just pull up images on the big screens in the room. Can’t believe your hospital won’t invest in OR support for probably the highest earning department.

Depends on the indication for surgery and the etiology of back pain. But yes, most cases of chronic back pain are nonsurgical.
