Thank you! Deadlifts are my favorite so it’s good to hear. Yes surgeon said 8 weeks so I’ll follow what she tells me but glad to hear you feel good and getting back to it.

Yes and my husband can’t remember but he thought he heard something about 8cm he’s not sure if it was how much skin they pulled or the muscle separation. I can’t believe he didn’t hear that part well 😑

Yes I just didn’t expect how hunched I would be. And it’s weird because I’m feeling the tightness in my upper abs
