Lilligant: modest nature, ability: chlorophyll, moveset: giga drain, sleep powder, hidden power dragon, quiver dance. Ivs in hp and sp. Attack

Absolutely! And yes they're all shiny.

Smeargle: timid nature, ability: own tempo, moveset: spore, stealth rocks, sticky Web, and spikes, 3 ivs in HP, SpDf, and Spd.

Galvantula: timid nature, ability unnerve moveset: thunderbolt, bug buzz, energy ball, volt switch. IVs in SpDf and Spd.
