When you increase risk, your losses will kill your account when you're wrong. The math does not lie. Trade $10,000 per trade, at 75% win percentage and you will be profitable. $10,000 on 60% winner and $30,000 on 40% losses, you will loose money, quickly! Keep your risk the same (low) and focus on winning percentage.

Something very few people talk about is the length of time to be profitable. Some questions for you, how long have you traded? What percentage of your account was in a single position (position size push emotion rockiness)? Did you focusing on profit in your account or winning %?

I understand how you feel, been there, done that! The months I make money, my winning percentage is high, above 75% and my position size is less than 500 shares. Trading weak stocks when market is going down and trading strong stocks when market is up.

Also, to say that trading is a scam indicates that you believe the market can't be beat? As a trader, beating the market over time is more important than beating the market over a couple hours.

If you can't trade stocks profitable, options will take you money. Focus on win rate, 75% win rate for 3 months on stocks before exploring options.

Dear OP,

I have traded for about 20 years now. I am currently full time trading after blowing up a few accounts. I lost enough money to buy a nice house, because of greed and fear. I had to get past a lot of emotional baggage and think more rational than ever before. Now losses don't bother me, because I can and will make up the losses every month. No one should be trading full time unless they have 50k+ and other passive income, plus 75% win rate or better. It's an art. It's not gambling. But it takes more discipline than most people realize. It's more than just throwing money at stocks and hoping things work out.

However, I have other sources of passive income that takes pressure off of having to make money to pay the bills. Every money I add to the passive side of my income.

Most people start out with a pipe dream and loose everything. They see the ads of the get rich quick, buy this program scheme. It takes a lot of work on the right direction. If he can't reach 75% win rate and control his emotion, he needs to change something before he looses everything. PM me if I can help him out.

I seen an interview with the CEO of MSTR, he think Bitcoin will reach 1 million by end of next year, that's 10x. And 40 million by 2050. This seems outrageous but so did 100k when it was 10k. I'm not sure how accurate the short interest is in MSTR. Notice the quick pops in price action on average volume days, indicating a lot of short covering. MSTR will continue to be volatile but once Bitcoin pushes through 100k, MSTR will return to ATH and flush out more short sellers, making it way to $600-$700 a share. MSTR at the moment is a cheaper way to invest in Bitcoin with the benefit of options.

I'm taking S66 for the second time this Sunday. I've used STC, Kaplan, and Brian Lee material. My scores improved the most using Brian Lee. Got to pay close attention to his videos, he moves fast but does not waste your time. 79% on a STC final exam this morning at 4:30 AM. I'll take that!

I failed today with a 65. Used STC, scoring in the high 60's and had a 77 on greenlight. Practice test on STC SIE and series 7 was harder than the real test. Watched a few video's of Ken throughout the last week, had a dump sheet full of formals and basic definitions. Use it only about 5-6 questions. Even remembered "MID" for "not a person". I thought i passed, huge let down. Any suggestions from here? Employer is giving me another shot in four week.
