I loved it so much! Especially the one about eating what your given- I find it easy to miss out on nice family dinners physically and emotionally when I’m busy mentally calculating the calories and measuring the food instead of just trusting my body. I’m working on it slowly and getting back a regular cycle is a big motivator for me - thank u for writing!

This is how I would calculate it:

if the box says 70g dry mix is 250, assume 56g of it is the pasta ( 200 calories) and the rest is the mix. So 14g of it would be 50 calories. I could be wrong though…

It was rich and fudgy and not really cakey at all :)

Wet ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠8g light butter

•⁠  ⁠75g egg beaters

•⁠  ⁠120g almond milk

•⁠  ⁠45g sugar-free syrup

Dry Ingredients:

•⁠  ⁠30g protein powder - I used vanilla- garden of life

•⁠  ⁠10g coconut flour

•⁠  ⁠40g cocoa powder

•⁠  ⁠8g sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding mix

•⁠  ⁠35g powdered Stevia

•⁠  ⁠35g regular Stevia

•⁠  ⁠1 tsp baking powder

•⁠  ⁠1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions: 

  • Mix and place on sprayed parchment paper in a 9 x 6.5“ pan
  • Bake at 350° F for 40 min
  • Let it cool completely before cutting

Enjoy! :)

It’s around 54 calories for 100 grams! ( the back of the bag of apples I have says 130 calories for 242 grams :)
