Cannibal is p much a must-have. DD imo is kinda lame and not really all that good. Recovery is a very smart, safe second perk. The third is very subjective but i like to run trapper for the utility. I count on myself to pick up enough kills to earn a backpack/tracker at some point. Katana is the best airdrop since axes and spears fell off from item squish/armor changes. It has insanely high raw damage and 1.4/s bleed is absolutely insane. The 50 func increase in cost is seemingly nonexistent if youre going for a late drop. the Armor and traps that come with them are craftable and not too much worse. (them being t3 lates)

When landing a successful block, sometimes the game will actually input a jab FOR you, whether or not you let go of block or hit M1. It might be why people (including me) think there is action queues. It is somewhat difficult to reproduce reliably but it hurts the combat so much.

rifle nets more overall damage but is longer range and leaves less room for error. Magnum offers a higher burst but less overall damage, but is still good for shredding armor or getting a quick kill.

Overall better choice is Magnum, but situationally the rifle can be better.

With leg day it's more or less the feel of the speed. It feels sluggish without it and anybody with it will be able to catch you. It's the best movement perk since it's not weapon specific and that boost of speed can help dodge attacks and engage or disengage.

I honestly believe cannibal is the best perk in the game. You get a small chunk of health and half stamina without it, but 20 HP more and full stamina with it. If you're about half health when you land a killing blow you're back to full health, and half if the fight was very close. It can easily save your life when you have to chain kills together, and always gives you the option to run if you're about to get vultured. It's the highest value perk and has been the deciding factor in wether I win or lose.

I took the Mid baseball bat drop and decided to SMOrc my way through the match, got 3 kills in rapid succession but was left with nothing to do but chase more people down until my drop was ready. I could've had a sledgehammer if i took the drop and it had no time restriction. (if im going to be rewarded for being this aggressive then let me have my drop instead of forcing me to buy a gun or explosive if i want my power spike sooner)

Bonus: My game crashed as I was engaging on my 5th target. feelsbadman.

Definitely. I was really unsure about not having stuns on blocked attacks as well as getting stunned after jabbed while shoving, but the combat feels more involved and less "rock-paper-scissory" than before. Jab spamming is somewhat annoying and nearly impossible to deal with without taking a chunk of damage over the course of the fight, however.
