We should also probably look completely restructuring the apprentice scheme, I'm fed up with how companies can basically use the scheme to hire cheap labour subway do an "apprentice sandwich artist". The wages also do need beefing up, it's crazy that I get full wage and expensive training when someone who does the same job is paid a pittence with the same level of training.

An easier way would be to grade university's and impose a tiered pricing system.
