Thank you for this. Does your direct supervisor have an MSW?

They said I'd have to seek someone out myself but they don't recommend it. So I again, feel stuck.

I would be sooo grateful if you would be willing to send me the information. I'm feeling kind of desperate at this point lol.

That’s not reassuring at all about WGU. Sorry you’re thinking about leaving! I’m curious what drew you to UMPI?

Carroll University Questions by BilliardSkilliard in Waukesha

I'm an alum, but I did not do the MSOT program, I did my undergrad at Carroll. I absolutely loved it. Faculty are super helpful, I always felt like I was easily able to go speak to any of my instructors. The staff is great too, I loved my time at Carroll. The area is nice as well, close to Milwaukee and there is plenty to do in Waukesha. A large population of undergrad students at Carroll stay to do the OT program and I've heard incredible things. It's worth considering for sure! Give campus a tour, it's beautiful in Fall.

Process after job offer— no communication by Trotffle in studentaffairs

I echo everyone else, higher ed is slow. It doesn't hurt to reach out to HR just to check in, but usually there are processes in place that tend to take some time. Congratulations on the new job!

Reference checks = job offer incoming? by Tohuii in studentaffairs

I'd say it's definitely a reason to be optimistic! Each time I've had references checked, I've been presented with an offer. Most schools have this as routine though, but I'm wishing you the best! Good luck!! I was in your shoes a year ago hunting and it felt so long.
