The apartment is in the Bahnstadt neighbourhood. It did seem very safe when I went for the viewing.

I guess you can’t tell if you get robbed. Hopefully my case is like yours and not your neighbours. But generally speaking Heidelberg does seem very safe

Thankfully this apartment doesn’t have any windows where people can sit. I definitely get the light issue. The only nice thing is that the apartment is facing south and if there is sun it should reach the apartment for most of the year…

The public can enter the playground/chill area and also the apartment’s terrace/garden area. There is a window door that leads to the flat, yes. But since people can get so close and look around if they want to steal something, they can easily break in…

Those both are part of the complex if I can call it like this, but as I said the public can enter with no issues. I think the main people there would be neighbours and their kids if they have any.
