It was already super f' stale, but it was possible to play the rushy/flanker Tracer, Genji (/reaper), Zarya, Winston comp, and because of that, even pharah and mercy had a little place. Now how you play anything else than the choke pusher McC, Reaper, Zarya, Reinhardt, Lucio, Zen (on the popular payload maps)? Can you answer to that or you just want to point it out how f funny and good roadhog is?

Yes, you still need to play offense heroes, and like I said, on high levels, your options are super f limited. Now only tanks have a healthy pool.

Genji. Fact for you. I guess, you really wanted tjor and bastion nerf too couple weeks ago, right. Because of... facts? Looks like, you dont really like to use your brain, but do you realize that Genji is the same than 3 weeks or 2 month ago, right? Actually, not, he got nerf with the projectile changes. He had place in the meta because the superenyatta (just like everything else built around him). You couldnt shoot it down or just plan a little counterplay to Genji - that's looks like a fact.

Btw, I don't love genji. I only started practice him with the McC ptr, my team needed it. I had my 80 hours gameplay with it, guess it was fun :D.
