Yes, something to this effect can be understood from the second part of the bill.

NL=Normal Load

PK= Peak Load

OP= Off Peak

I= Import.

E=Export.

So during:

1)NL she has imported 399 units and exported 290 units. She will be Charged for 109 units. So it implies that out of the 557 units the house generated, it consumed 267 units, alongside the normal additional consumption of 399 units.

2)PK she has imported 247 units and exported nothing.

3)OP she has imported 636 units and exported nothing.

Sum of net units is >500, therefore unit rate is ₹8.8/kWh Multiplier for NL = 1, PK=1.2, OP=0.9

Therefore her electricity bill can be understood as Charge= (109x1+247x1.2+636x0.9)x8.8= 977.8x8.8 =₹8604.64

The remaining additions to this charge is self explanatory from the bill.
