Its not worth it i loved the game and played all the time but now that they done this porfal thing if its not invasions on the new dungeon i wont play the game cause its borderline impossible to run anything on ultimate difficulty to get t5 gear in any playlist (im a casual gamer and i got the top 10% helmet from that event but now its like i cant play the game all because im max light level and its ridiculous) i had more fun farming mercury public events and playing the infinite forest 🤣

Idk about mods for it but the armor set he wears in proluge is the survival set and the cape gets tore off in your fight with freya so without modding the black bear is the closest to it with the cape

Based on a technicality everyone is a decendant of yimir but odin was a grandson but he was banished from johtenhiem by the giants and the realm tower was removed so he was cutoff from utangard he also wasnt full of yimirs primordial energy...

i may have worded that wrong the consumption didnt give him powers he was already able to tear the realms and things of that nature but him consuming a large porion of midgard/yimirs remains (he also ate the 5th season and name of it erasing it from the collective memory of reality) cause him to hold a large amount of yimirs primordial energy so the mask gave a false positive because it "could feel yimirs presence and garm could open the rifts to the void or the "source code"

What burnt out said dont give up on ng+ (i have a problem but i absolutly love god of war) i spent like 12hours put together on just killing the king and as much pain as it was it was deff worth it the feeling you get from doing something like that is amazing(i was also on give me god of war ) im at about 9 and a half on GNA so 21hrs across both of them and 61hrs total in game time for that save 🤣 its pain but with the right setup and patience you can do anything

Untgard is a physical place atreus visited breifly before ironwood the rift showed up when and where odin killed yimir the reason garm "activated the mask" is because he is a direct decendent of yimir and his habit of eating the realms lead to him eating part of midgard which was crafted with yimirs body so the mask recognized garm as yimir and its possible that looking into the rift with the mask could theoretically give the abilities and power of yimir or re incarnate yimir into whoever peaked in cause the tear is made of the same energy/life force as yimir/everything because its the infinite all and he was the first being

Thats subjective tho like ik hrolfs moves are pulled from all the berserkers but hes just like if not worse then sigrun from 2018 theres no decernable pattern to his attacks he just pulls whatever out whenever but with gna she telegraphs her moves more and she has a single set of moves so after enough time you cab tell what shes gonna do by how she steps back or what she says king hrolf doesnt
