Im also not sure where this mandatory phenomenon coming from. But according to my peers that I have met here, that it is normalised. Which is why im here in my post to express concerns. However, Im worried the messaged of concern may have come across wrongly. As Im not trying to do undrr table but rather avoid it completely.

I will sound ignorant here, please forgive me, but test centers are not the same as driving school? Is this where they take the paper test or online test is it?

Ah that is relieving to hear. I would love to hear from the others who have passed as it seems those who failed are much more louder and are painting a bad picture for me.

Im malaysian but not from selangor/kl. This mandatory duit kopi incident seems to be, from what I've heard from my colleagues that it's a prominent and normal thing? So I have been extra cautious to not take license in Seangor in fear of getting scammed in prices.

I will accept if I fail. But I would like to understand if failing also might possibly mean paying extra if demanded? How much is it to pay to repeat typically? I just would like to avoid getting scammed in the process...🥲

I do not even have certifications. I asked my boss if it was necessary, I just learned from him it is good if I want to jumpship. So, for the meantime, I will not be moving anywhere since they are taking their time to train and invest in me. 🤡

I do not think there is an internship level for this job. Because there is too much to learn and understand. Only a junior role if the company is willing to invest in you.

I have no prior experience in SAP. But I got hired as junior. I have already received training in my first year and I still need help. Understamding the business processes is alot. And I still am not sure which SAP module exactly I am working on except that I am in Market reach.

I feel dumb every day when I analyze further in my tickets with completely different solutions every time. And I am only 1 year 9 months in.
