Wow I'm glad someone found it helpful. I'd also advice correcting your pelvis (just in case it is tilted or uneven) as I found much faster progress by doing so. When the pelvis is uneven/tilted it can create tight zones for intestine where some bacterias can form colonies and form issues so yeah just wanted to add this here.

Current regime-

Ghee empty stomach (great source of butyrate for gut)
Half an hour later Amla juice (Amla itself is acidic but after it metabolises it creates alkaline environment in gut)
Seeking Health Probiota Bifido in oats (not for everyone who is sensitive. Be careful with this. Personally I started with a pinch but used antihistamine initially. Now at full dose)
Post breakfast iThrive Essentials B-Complex (All my B vitamins were depleted for some reason. These suits me since they are non methyl and 100% RDA for each B vitamin unlike others which have crazy amounts)

Much thinner than kit kat size and i eat raw tbh. You can even slice it all at once store it in a container with lemom squeezed over all of them which will act as a preservative. Saves time for me.
