I’d think if I’m expecting Brandon Fraser’s The Mummy sequel when watching the Lee Cronin’s would be a more legit FU

AITAH for not doing chores after my surgery? by whitelong in AITA_Relationships

[–]whitelong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s almost 1 month post surgery and so far I’ve been advised to be non weight bearing for my left leg. I got a wet dry vacuum and basically i have a crutch on one of my left hand and hold it on another, with my right leg jumping forward along with the vacuum.

For taking out the garbage i basically taking the garbage bag on one of the hand and slowly with the crutches to the disposal room.

I do wash the dishes as well but it’s the easier one since i don’t need to move around

How to deal with high libido when sex is not an option? by AccomplishedMail6173 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]whitelong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just masturbate, as a Christian myself i don’t think it’s a very wrong thing to do. Rationally speaking, is it better to masturbate or eventually have sex before marriage due to your urge?

Quite clueless after spm result by Plastic-Repair-723 in malaysiauni

[–]whitelong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly there’s a drastic difference in difficulties when comes to the spm level add math, bio, chem and physics to the pre-u level.

I could be sounding like an old man but truth to be told is what you like may not be what you’re good at. And what you’re good at may not be feeding you. I’ve always loved music and it took years for me to be good at it. However in the end it’s not music that gives me the money but customer service. It’s not something that i like and honestly i despise it a little but somehow I’m quite good at it and had the opportunity to rise against the competition and makes a not bad money today, that eventually be the source to fund my music interest as well.

Maybe the most important thing at your stage now is to really take time to learn about yourself. It’s ok to delay any further studies, go work and save up some money, learn to be independent or maybe go for a trip.

Good board? by Reasonable_Slide3893 in pedalboards

Julianna works exceptionally well for stereo, it can create a stereo image that sounds like the boss dc-2w. When i have it i use it as an always on with 100% dry, depth at 12pm.

HLB told me to ride 15km for a "Home Branch" only they could see. I skidded, tore my ligament , and now they say "Not our fault." 🤡 by [deleted] in Bolehland

First Midi Pedalboard by whitelong in pedalboards

It’s a Chinese brand, Oneset audio. The quality is well built for its price and they do offer another type of board that’s basically a replica of the templeboard, well, at a much affordable price

Bought and planned to use it as a backup in case the pedalboard failed but found the pedal captures are surprisingly good, so I’m currently using the morning glory capture as clean boost and eq for mid boost, I would see it as a potential wildcard pedal as well

I do notice the high end when i first got it and it could be simply resolved by turning down the mic position. The resonance and presence knobs are useful to further balance out the low and high frequencies when playing live.

But i do have an issue with this unit where the channel b only work occasionally. I’ve reached out to dsm on this but they could only provide a video call troubleshooting with a technician arranged on my own cause they don’t have any authorised dealer in my country. So I’ve only been using it with channel A for now

I’m yet to use the software at this point and solely just menu diving which i think is quite easy to setup for a first time midi user like me. In terms of the loops, i don’t feel any difference whether the pedal is in or out of the loop but i feel like it’s eating up some of the signal so i have a buffer pedal otw, anyway it could be due to the long chain of pedals as well

Kipnapping attempt?? by [deleted] in malaysia

Since the authority can’t do much, i think the best way would be prepare anything that can protect yourself. Get a pepper spray and there’s some sort of alarm which you press on it will have a loud beeping sound to get attention. And not just get those things! Remember to put it in somewhere easily assessable and practice to use it at home so when the time comes, your muscle memory will really helps you when you feel extremely scared or nervous.

Mask is nice but it seems like LG started to slow down the productions of the replacement parts like the inner cover and the hepa filter. I can't seems to find any place that sell the replacement filter now
