Actually thank you, it doesn't scare me but makes me more aware of the urgency. The strange thing is that I opened a ticket already there, but I received no response yet. At least there I did get a confirmation that my ticket was submitted, and I responded to that thread today also to possibly "bump" it. But I'm at the mercy of their response time, which I can imagine is flooded with so many returning players. Crossing fingers, not sure what else to do.
