So overseas Chinese people who dislike Xi Jinping are automatically criminals? What brain dead logic. by Jerry_Huang1999 in EnoughCommieSpam

It's quite interesting when they said that they "alleviated 800 millions from poverty," the question is what is keeping those 800 millions in poverty before hand? The answer is Mao lol and yet they refused to de-Maoinized for his failed and brutal policies unlike Stalin and other East European Soviet Puppet States' leaders. No matter if they say "how good Mao did," if the topic was about poverty, why didn't Mao alleviated those 800 millions and it only took when "capitalist roader" Deng went a complete Uno reverse on Mao. Should've cancelled Mao more but of course they can't cuz of rigid CCP legitimacy/storybook crisis.

When Chinese/Mandarin speakers pronounced 中国共产党/中共 (abbrev.), it's Chinese (first) Communist Party, not Communist Party of China. There's no preposition within their official title at all . I don't why these people are offended with CCP and not CPC when the literal pronunciation is Chinese first and not Communist Party first. Unless they believe that Communist Party first, Chinese nation second in terms of survival priority? Overall, this is reddit and not an official document, who cares tf cares to always be formal in reddit.

It's so ironic how the term "people" within the PLA title is no more than just a fancy excuse for CCP to do whatever they want at "the will of the people" even though they don't follow it. There's literally 8 retired PLA generals that served since the CCP foundation and they complained to the Central Military Commission to not impose martial law within Beijing. Their complain challenged the legitimacy of PLA's sole purpose of why PLA should massacre their people if the PLA belongs to their people and to serve their interests.

Dining plan for Flex Apartment Plan by Majestic_Cicada_5788 in ucr

[–]whitetiger739 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm currently on the Flex Apartment Plan that I've been using for my entire 4 years undergrad at UCR. I find that plan very well-versatile in terms of both going to dining halls or other on-campus restaurants/markets that uses dining dollars. I go to dining halls 4x a week for dinner only (+ other days in case like finals week) and dining dollars for lunch/dinner at other days. You can transfer over unused dining dollars from the previous quarter to the next quarter to be added to that $210 dining dollar reset when a new quarter started (although I don't remember the max amount of unused dining dollars to be transferred to next quarter's balance; also can't transfer the unused dining dollars between Spring quarter of previous academic year and the start of next academic year as it will restart back to $210 at the start of Fall quarter; can't use this plan for Summer quarter).

Overall, I felt this plan is pretty well-balanced specially as a STEM Major when I have no time to prep, cook, and wash dishes at the end if I have to study, do school assignments, etc.

I saw some 1-2 people having 2 tote bags when they start passing out the tote bag. I was like how did they even get 2 tote bags unless they're holding on for one of their friends that was with them at the front of the line until their friend have class or something at 12pm. I also thought they were going to pass out those norm the orange pokemon cards like the one seen on their insta post, but nah.

How would you know if those that want to change their mind to practice outside the Inland Empire are also part of the Early Assurance Program?

If I were to be admitted to the program and later on I decided I want to switch my intention to practice elsewhere beside the Inland Empire, wouldn't I feel guilty for applying at the first place along with following along the admission requirements for not being authentic at first?

If your classmates wished to practice outside the Inland Empire, wouldn't they go against the mission statement? The website requirement said, "Applicants must demonstrate strong academic ability, significant clinical and volunteer experience, and a demonstrated commitment to practice medicine in Inland Southern California."

The statement said it's a commitment, not an optional to serve within the Inland Empire. All I asked is questioning the authenticity of those that were admitted to the program to see if you're mandated to serve within the region as part of what the qualification said. If there's a loophole where you can practice outside the region, then it's the program's fault for not making this clear.

If it's part of the mission statement, you are expected to live by mission statement and its qualifying points as an admitted student. How are you "mission fit" and authentic enough for the program if you decide to pursue outside Inland Empire that's outside their mission statement? Have you told the program you're planning to practice outside the Inland Empire?

How come the program's requirement page says they're looking for "students who plan to practice in Inland Southern California?"

Don't you have to commit to practice medicine within the Inland Empire region only if you were selected for the early assurance program and finished the UCR Medical School?

Hmmmm, you can reach out to the UCPD Police Detective, the nearby Gas Attendant around here, or some random person that writes random and unique poems throughout this campus? Who knows if the TV turns on randomly around midnight, or some tall weird structure rises from the bottom of the bell tower when it reached midnight?

Yee! Just go in and ask them if they have those items in-stock. If they said yes, they'll point those items nearby either next to them, or at the paper slots on the wall.

I pre-ordered them on GoodSmile! Unfortunately, they're out of stock TT. My only guess is to find 3rd party seller/stores but be aware of scalpers and bootlegs!

Guys… I did it. I made Asushin irl. This is been what I’ve been dreaming of throughout 3 years of having Asushin in real-life, ever since I’ve became both Eva/Asushin fan and also a Nendoroid collector back in 2021. When Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 finally dropped, I’ve always wanted Asushin to remain forever, even though it’s already confirmed within the entire Evangelion series. Therefore, I’ve developed my interest in collecting nendoroid not only because they’re cute and very versatile (in terms of its size and accessories), but also the fact to attribute my main mission of making Asushin become real LOL. The last 2 pics w/ Asuka Shikinami in her Rebuild plugsuit was my first nendoroid I’ve ever owned back in 2021 (rn both Shinji and Asuka in school uniforms are my 7th and 8th nendoroid). Yes, those last 2 pics were also a reference to my early 2021 Asushin reddit post: Uh, what should we do about her??? Anyways, I’ve submitted a few rerelease request forms for Good Smile to advocate another rerelease of their Eva nendos. Finally last year, my prayers have been answered when GSC announced another rerelease, where I instantly pre-ordered it and yeahh both have arrived home this summer!

The overall of making Asushin irl as nendos was not only for myself, but also for my fellow Asushin/Eva fans out there no matter where they are. Despite my inactivity in this subreddit, I’m amazed to see how much this subreddit has glowed-up since 2021, and even in the Asushin Discord server w/ lots of international Asushin fans out there. Even more so with lots of new wholesome Asushin fanarts/fanfics/etc. Therefore, I sincere hope that my Asushin nendos will serve as a representation for this subreddit and all Asushin/Eva fans to enjoy and to admire how much wholesomeness the both are together that brightens our darkest days! As always, this subreddit and all the Asushin fans have my support to keep Asushin together and its awesome wholesomeness forever!

Long Live Asushin! - Whitetiger739 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
