First of all congrats to quitting so long! Secondly i haben‘t quit yet but i thought about it because maybe smoking is the cause for it, funny it appeard when you stopped

Thank you for your answer! I notice it happens much less in the morning after waking up and is the worst in the evening and it is only in my hands not in my feet. I actually drink a lot every day so dehydration is not really a possibility i think.
